Our partnership with Pivot & Pace has grown over the last 15 years. They were instrumental in working with our Company’s Founder to develop a solid strategic plan to guide the company through its early years and have been vital in the long-term continuation of our Strategic Planning Process.

Greg leads our quarterly reviews and our annual Strategy Planning days and during these sessions, Greg used a variety of tools to make the process fun, disciplined and productive.

Kendall was an early advisor to our founder and led our Shareholders through the establishment of a formal Board - introducing a governance framework for our business. He played a pivotal role as Chair of our Board and worked closely to ensure the Board developed and supported the Business’ strategy whilst the CEO and management team developed and supported the growth and future opportunities.
